The project form collects your name, email, optional company and country, project location, sector, required services, timeline, description and any documents you choose to attach. We use these details to assess and respond to your inquiry and discuss a possible project.

Storage and access

Inquiries and documents are stored privately on the website hosting account. Access is restricted to authorized administrators. Email notifications may pass through the hosting email service. Documents are not publicly listed.

Technical information

A session cookie protects the form and administrator login. A temporary hash derived from the connecting IP address limits repeated requests. Hosting access logs may also contain IP addresses and request information.

Your choices

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. You can contact d.salihu@oxa-group.com to request access, correction or deletion of information you provided.
